Parking system for residential complexes: entry by licence plate

Qazparking opens the barrier for residents by licence plate — no key fobs, remotes or calls to the guard post. Unknown cars are kept out, and every passage is saved in the log with a photo and time.

How it works

  • The entry camera reads the plate: a Dahua or Hikvision ANPR camera, third-party recognition software or an external system via API.
  • The system checks the plate against allow and block lists and entry rules.
  • The barrier or gate gets a command via Modbus TCP, HTTP or the camera’s dry contact.
  • The passage is logged: plate, camera snapshot, time and the system’s decision.

Residents

Residents’ cars go on the allow list — after that they pass automatically, around the clock, with no guard involved. The management company maintains the lists in the web panel and via a Telegram bot: adding a new car or removing a plate after a move takes a minute. For large complexes plates can be imported from a CSV file.

Guests, taxis and deliveries

Guest and temporary access is issued via the Telegram bot, without calling the guard post. For short stops you can set free minutes: a taxi or courier has time to drop off a passenger or a parcel, and a car that stays longer is visible in the log.

Multiple entries and violators

Each entry and exit has its own cameras and rules. The system flags violators: debtors, repeated entries and attempts to tailgate another car.

If something goes wrong

The system decides who gets in; people handle only the exceptions. Any entry or exit can be opened with one button — in the panel on a laptop or from a phone. Every event is stored with a snapshot, so a dispute about who entered and when is settled with a frame and exact time.

Hardware

The system works with cameras you already have: Dahua and Hikvision ANPR cameras, third-party recognition software, external systems via API — including several vendors at once. It controls barriers, gates, bollards, traffic lights and LED signs. The on-premise edition runs on a server or mini PC in the complex: your data stays with you, and access control works offline.

Pricing

Cloud edition — 33,000 ₸ per channel (one camera at an entry or exit) per month. On-premise edition (site licence, data on your server) — by number of channels: access control from 450,000 ₸ (up to 2 channels) to 1,100,000 ₸ (unlimited), paid parking from 880,000 ₸ to 1,900,000 ₸; upgrading from access control to paid parking costs the difference. Hardware and installation — turnkey or through an integrator partner, priced per site.

Launch — 3–7 days after payment, provided the cameras and barrier on site are ready.

Case study

The same setup — entry by allow list, two Hikvision cameras at the entry and exit — has been running since 15 September 2026 at a site in Almaty, 193a Raimbek Ave. Details are in the case study.

Frequently asked questions

Do we need to replace the cameras?

Usually not. The system accepts events from Dahua and Hikvision ANPR cameras, third-party recognition software and external systems via API. If your cameras cannot read plates, we will select ANPR cameras together with an integrator partner.

How do we let in a guest or a taxi?

Guest and temporary access is issued via the Telegram bot. Free minutes can be set up for short stops.

What if a plate is not recognised?

The guard or manager opens the entry with one button — in the panel or from a phone. The event with the camera snapshot stays in the log.

Does the system work without internet?

In the on-premise edition access control works offline: the system runs on a server or mini PC on site. Internet is only needed to take payments if parking is paid.

How much does it cost and how fast is the launch?

Cloud — 33,000 ₸ per channel per month, on-premise — from 450,000 ₸ per site (up to 2 channels). Launch — 3–7 days after payment with hardware in place.
