Paid parking software: tariffs, sessions, payments
The Qazparking billing module turns plate-based entry into a paid car park: the system opens a session at the entry, calculates parking time by tariff and records the payment — no cashier, no paper log.
Tariffs are set in the panel, not in code
- Hourly or flexible tariff: intervals, grace time and post-conditions to suit the site.
- Free minutes: a five-minute stop does not turn into a bill.
- Tariff test: check the fee for any parking duration before going live.
- Free mode: start with access control and switch on billing later — no system replacement.
Sessions and money
Every car is a row in the session log: plate, entry and exit with snapshots, duration, amount and payment status. Payments and debts are visible, with revenue and occupancy reports. Every passage is backed by a camera frame — a dispute with a driver is settled in a second.
How drivers pay
At the exit the driver scans a QR code and pays for the session — the barrier opens right after payment.
Barrier-free mode
Where queues build up at the entry, the barrier can go: the session opens by plate without stopping, payment comes afterwards and debts are tracked by plate. Traffic lights and signs replace the barrier.
What you need on site
Plate recognition cameras, a barrier or traffic light and a controller. Taking payments requires internet; access control in the on-premise edition works without it. Commissioning is done in an emulator — one site visit is enough.
Pricing and partnership
Cloud edition — 33,000 ₸ per channel (one camera at an entry or exit) per month. On-premise edition (site licence, data on your server) — by number of channels: access control from 450,000 ₸ (up to 2 channels) to 1,100,000 ₸ (unlimited), paid parking from 880,000 ₸ to 1,900,000 ₸; upgrading from access control to paid parking costs the difference. Hardware and installation — turnkey or through an integrator partner, priced per site.
Don’t want to invest in hardware? In a partnership we equip and run the paid car park at our own expense and you receive a share of revenue every month; our share is from 10% of revenue.
Launch — 3–7 days after payment, provided the cameras and barrier on site are ready.

Frequently asked questions
Can we start without payments and add billing later?
Yes. Access control works as a standalone module; billing is added later by paying the difference in licence price — no system or hardware replacement.
What tariffs can be set up?
Hourly and flexible: intervals, grace time, free minutes and post-conditions. Before launch, the fee for any parking duration can be checked with the tariff test.
How does a driver pay?
At the exit they scan a QR code and pay for the session — the barrier opens right after payment.
Do we need a cashier or a guard?
No. The system opens the session, calculates the fee and lets the car through. People handle only the exceptions — a gate can be opened with one button from a phone.
What is the partnership?
We equip and run the paid car park at our own expense; you receive a share of revenue every month. Our share is from 10% of revenue.
