Version of 1 October 2026. This Policy follows Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V of 21 May 2013 “On personal data and their protection” and applies to the qazparking.kz website.

This is an English translation for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Russian version prevails.

1. Who processes the data

The owner and operator of personal data is IE TECH365 (IIN 910314302422, 43 Parkovaya St, Almaty), the “Operator”. Data processing enquiries: info@it365.kz, +7 775 996 00 64.

2. What data we receive

from the request form: name, phone number, company or site name, number of entries or cameras;
technical data: IP address, browser and device type, the page the request was sent from, campaign tags (UTM);
anonymised visit data — via web analytics services (Yandex Metrica, Google Analytics), if enabled on the website.

3. Why we process it

to contact you about your request, prepare an offer and conclude a contract;
to provide demo access to the system on request;
to protect the website from spam and abuse;
to improve the website using anonymised visit statistics.

4. Legal basis

Data are processed with your consent. Consent is given by submitting the form: by pressing “Send request” you confirm that you have read this Policy and agree to the processing of the data for the purposes listed.

5. Storage and protection

the website database is hosted on a server in the Republic of Kazakhstan;
the connection is encrypted (HTTPS); only authorised staff of the Operator can access requests;
request data are kept until the purposes are achieved, but no longer than 3 years from the last contact, or until consent is withdrawn.

6. Disclosure to third parties

We do not sell or disclose your data to third parties except as required by the laws of Kazakhstan. For prompt handling, a notification about a new request (name, phone, company) is sent to the Operator’s staff via the Telegram messenger. Web analytics services receive only anonymised visit data.

7. Your rights

You may find out which of your data we process, request correction, blocking or deletion, and withdraw your consent. Write to info@it365.kz — we will reply within the time limits set by the laws of Kazakhstan.

8. Changes

The Operator may update this Policy. The current version is always published on this page.
